We want you to be 100% happy with every toy you order. Our payment and return policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following:

• Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
• PayPal and other trusted payment gateways
• Mobile wallets and UPI (if applicable)

All transactions are encrypted and securely processed through PCI-compliant gateways.

2. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order summary. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Once an item is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Personalized, clearance, or seasonal items are non-returnable unless defective.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@rakshatoys.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or something you didn’t order, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
